Privacy Policy

360 Engineering & Consultancy is an architecture and interior design studio at 102/1 West Agargaon, Dhaka 1207. We operate this website, and we decide how the personal information you share through it is used. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the studio.

This policy covers your visits to this website and the enquiries you send us from it, by WhatsApp, email or phone. When an enquiry becomes a project, your appointment letter or contract sets out any further terms for the documents you give us.

We handle personal information in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 and the other laws of Bangladesh that apply to us.

This website has no accounts and no form that sends your details to our servers. You decide what to share, and you share it with us directly. That can include:

• Your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address, when you contact us.
• What you tell us about your property: its area or location, home size, number of bedrooms, the rooms you want designed, your budget band and your timeline. The estimate form puts these choices into a WhatsApp message that you read and send yourself.
• The ongoing project you ask to visit, and the date that suits you.
• Floor plans, photographs and measurements of your space, if you send them to help us understand the brief.
• Technical data that every website receives: your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records this to deliver and protect the site.

If you appoint us, we may later ask for land and ownership documents, such as the deed, the mutation record and land tax receipts, and copies of national ID cards. Authorities such as RAJUK need these to process a building plan. We ask for them only when an approval needs them.

We use your information to:

• Answer your enquiry and prepare an estimate or a fee proposal.
• Arrange a meeting, a site visit to your property, or a visit to one of our ongoing projects.
• Design, document and carry out the work you appoint us to do, and keep you updated as it moves.
• Prepare and submit approval drawings and applications on your behalf.
• Issue invoices and keep the business and tax records the law requires.
• Keep this website secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them. We do not publish photographs of your home or name you as a client without your written consent.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Your browser stores one setting from this site: your choice of the light or dark theme. It stays on your device, and we never receive it. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Some parts of the site open services that other companies run, under their own privacy policies:

• Project and client films play from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and from Vimeo with tracking switched off. They load only when you press play.
• The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which Meta operates.
• The address link opens Google Maps.
• Cloudflare hosts and protects this website, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to stop automated attacks.

Our fonts load from our own servers, so reading a page sends nothing to a font provider.

We share your information only as far as a task needs it, and only with:

• The structural, electrical and plumbing engineers and the contractors and suppliers who work on your project.
• RAJUK, the city corporation, Fire Service and Civil Defence, and the other authorities that review building plans and clearances, when we apply on your behalf.
• Our accountants and legal advisers, under a duty of confidentiality.
• A court or a public authority, when the law requires it.

We delete an enquiry that does not lead to a project within 12 months of our last contact with you. We keep project files, drawings, contracts and invoices for as long as Bangladeshi tax and VAT law requires, and for as long as we may need to answer questions about the building. We then delete or securely destroy them.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information, where we no longer need it for your project or to meet a legal duty.
• Stop using your information for a purpose you gave consent for, such as a portfolio photograph.

Send your request by email or WhatsApp. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority that the law sets up.

We review this policy when the website, our services or the law change. We publish each new version on this page, with a new date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
